As the release date draws near, the team has provided its most comprehensive update on the game. The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Developer Deep Dive, presented in collaboration with Xbox on August 12, 2024, revealed a wide range of new content. Key points from the Deep Dive include:

• Interviews and behind-the-scenes insights into the development process
• New footage, including world overviews, various locations, gameplay, and cutscenes
• A complete video walkthrough of one of the story quests

The console version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will offer 4K resolution and 60 FPS. Players can also use a keyboard and mouse on the console, which is crucial for first-person shooters.
