Microsoft, a global leader in technology, is set to roll out its collection of software including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, among others on Apple's Vision Pro headset. The launch is scheduled for tomorrow, the same day when Vision Pro hits stores across the United States.
Owners of the Vision Pro headset will also be able to utilize Copilot, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system, for creating drafts, resume meetings, or build PowerPoint presentations using voice commands. The Word on Vision Pro features a focus mode similar to the reading mode available in desktop versions and it includes a ribbon interface for an enhanced touch control experience. Excel offers capabilities to create charts and tables, analyze data, and utilize most functionalities of the standard software versions.
Microsoft Teams will support Apple's "Persona" (a digital avatar based on face scanning) during video calls on Apple Vision Pro. Microsoft has also integrated emojis and enabled easy meeting transfers from computers or mobiles to Vision Pro and on the contrary.
Microsoft 365 apps on Apple Vision Pro empower you to transform the way you work, making every meeting highly engaging, efficient, and productive.
