Rockstar has unveiled the highly anticipated GTA 6 earlier than expected. The next installment in the renowned criminal action series is poised to make waves in the gaming world. The early release was prompted by a leak that exposed the entire trailer on X (formerly Twitter). Originally scheduled for a December 5th premiere at 8 AM CST. But Rockstar tweeted "Our trailer has leaked so please watch the real thing on YouTube"

The trailer confirmed all the previous speculations surrounding GTA 6. The game will be set in the fictional American state of Leonidas, encompassing Vice City and other cities. Unlike previous installments, GTA 6 will unfold in the present day rather than the 80s.

The debut trailer introduces us to the main characters, Lucia and Jason, embarking on a thrilling adventure that compels them to join forces. Notably, Lucia is the franchise's first-ever swashbuckling female character, debunking initial rumors that she and Jason are siblings. They are, in fact, a couple.

The announcement video showcases captivating cutscenes, offering glimpses of locations and in-game footage recorded on the engine. The graphics, animations, and attention to detail in characters and cities are truly impressive, promising an immersive and visually stunning game world in GTA 6.

According to IGN, Grand Theft Auto 6 is set for release in 2025 on Xbox Series X and S, and PlayStation 5, as confirmed by a press release from Rockstar. However, there is currently no information available regarding about game release for PC.
