SQUARE ENIX will be the launch of Dawntrail, the fifth expansion of its critically acclaimed MMO. Scheduled to be unveiled on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, the Collector's Edition of the expansion has caught the interest of gaming enthusiasts. The game expansion offers a brand-new story alongside exciting new features such as two new playable jobs, a range of new dungeons, challenging encounters, and an elevated level cap.

The new expansion will bring a wealth of fresh content, including an increased level cap, new jobs, areas, allied tribes, dungeons, and core battle content like FATEs, Hunts, and sidequests. Features include:

Dawntrail also introduces the first graphical update with improved character and world visuals, higher resolution textures and shadows, and enhanced material qualities.

Dawntrail Collector’s Edition contains an access code for the digital collector’s edition for Windows and Mac, and a physical collector’s box for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam players. The box features exquisite items including a Special Art Box, the Warrior of Light figure portraying as a viper, the latest version of the FF XIV world map, an adventurer’s cloth map, a notebook called "The Unending Journey", and an Adventurer’s Pen Case. However, it doesn’t include a copy of Dawntrail, in-game bonus items, or pre-order bonuses. Meanwhile, the Dawntrail Digital Collector’s Edition is up for pre-order - you can snag it. About a week before launch, it comes with cool in-game bonus items like Ark Mount, Garnet Minion, and Chocobo Brush.
